What is a Canadian Caddy Girl? Our beautiful Caddies are all trained in basic caddying. They are meant to enhance your golf game at different levels but to simplify it….

1. Companion Caddies make your golf round seamless in everyway while snapping necks. Tending the pin, cleaning your clubs after every shot, cleaning your ball, fixing divots, raking bunkers, ball spotting, ranging your shot, driving or pushing your cart, ordering you drinks/ food and keeping you on track for time.

2. Talent Caddies staff golf tournaments, sponsor tent staffing, bag drops, sign ups and bartending.

3. Professional Caddies are for the golfer looking for advice on the course, help with club selections, ranging, putting reads, leveling up their current golf rank status and anything in between. These Caddies are the real deal!

 

How does it work? Fill out the contact form and a rep from CCG will reach out to you within 24 hours. After we identify what your needs are we either pair you with the caddy you requested or the next best possible Caddy. Once we sort out availability and cost, you are required to pay for the caddy 4 days before the round. After that, your selected caddy will show up 20 minutes before your round to meet you/ your group/ tournament organizer.

What if I book last minute? Last minute bookings are excepted but come at an extra cost and are not guaranteed. Last minute bookings are considered any round booked 3 days or less before the round begins. The extra charge is 50$ for us to provide any Caddy available.

How does payment work? Depends on your request. Companion Caddies are booked through the website payment portal at 4 hours minimum. If the round goes longer than 4 hours, you will be required to pay immediately after the Caddy reports the round is complete. For Talent and Professional Caddies, you will receive an invoice for their estimated time, payment can be made by credit card, EMT, EFT or cheque and is required 4 days before your event/ round. Any extra time the Caddy works will be invoiced separately after the event/round.

Do I tip my Caddy? Tipping is optional and we encourage you to tip based on your experience but Caddy’s are a part of the service industry and deserves at least 25% of the total cost. These ladies spend hours getting ready to Caddy for you/your group along with staying in shape, continuously honing their knowledge and skills. Treat them right and they will reciprocate!

 

Who pays for Rider/ Walker fee if applicable? Most golf courses allow our caddies at no addition cost to ride or walk with you but there are some golf courses that will charge you a small fee. You are responsible for paying the rider/ walking fee or the extra cart fee.

Can I bring a Canadian Caddy Girl to any golf course? Our Caddies are accepted at most golf courses in Canada but unfortunately there are some golf courses that have strict policies limiting outside Caddies. We will contact the Club you want to golf at before your booking to ensure a smooth round.

How are the Caddies dressed? All Canadian Caddy Girls have an all-white caddy uniform that meets all golf dress code regulations but also allows them to strut their stuff. You will not be disappointed!

When should I book my Caddy? Our top Caddies get booked 3-4 months in advance and are usually booked up for the summer by the end of May. Other notable caddies get booked a month or two in advance. If you want to select a certain caddy for your event it’s advisable to book them asap before your event. We do accept bookings 4 days before your round at no additional cost. If you book 3 days or less before your round, there is an additional cost.

Are there any extra or hidden costs? Nope! All our costs are included in your overall price if you adhere to the conditions of your purchase. Hire a Caddy for 4 hours, pay for 4 hours (with tip hopefully!). Hire and pay a Caddy for a 5-hour event but it goes 6 hours, expect to pay an addition hour. Again, we are not responsible for rider fees, walker fees, cart fees, drinks, food, clothing and golf equipment fees.
